2. What personal data do we process?
We may process your name, role, organisation, business contact details, correspondence, quotation, order and invoice data, and information about supplied products or services. Technical data such as IP address, time, browser information and security logs may be processed when you visit the website.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to answer questions, prepare and perform contracts, supply, maintain and invoice products and services, comply with legal obligations, and secure and improve our operations and systems on the basis of legitimate interests. 4. Must you provide data?
Providing personal data is not compulsory. Without information required for a quotation, order or agreement, we may be unable to handle your request or perform the agreement.
5. Who receives data?
We share data only where necessary, including with contracted suppliers and service providers, IT and hosting providers, Microsoft services, finance and administration providers, carriers and professional advisers. Appropriate security and confidentiality terms apply to processors.
6. Transfers outside the EEA

We retain data no longer than necessary. Unsuccessful quotation data is generally retained for up to one year after the last contact, tax records generally for seven years, and other data for as long as required for contracts, legal duties, security or claims. Marketing data is retained until consent is withdrawn or you object.

This website currently uses no analytics or marketing cookies. Strictly necessary cookies or comparable technologies may be used for security, access and technical operation; consent is not required for these.
