Timesaving
An item can be cleaned using the RehaWash System within a couple
of minutes compared to the 15 minutes or thereabouts it would take to
manually clean it.
Simple and mobile
The specially tested cleaning, disinfecting, and rinsing programmes are easy to operate from a simple control panel. Thanks to their restricted weight and the 4 turning wheels the machine can be easily moved.
Certificated disinfection!
Hygiene analysts have concluded from detailed lab tests that the RehaWash goes further than standards set out in the German Medical Products Act. All RehaWash machines are fully certifi ed as required by European standards.
Safe for employees
Employees are not exposed to the dirt that comes off the items being cleaned thanks to the sealed washing chamber and there is therefore no risk of contamination. Contact with detergents is also avoided.
More environmentally-friendly
A minimum volume of water is used per washing cycle (approx. 25 - 30 litre per cycle) whilst the addition of organically decomposable cleaning detergents is calculated precisely according to the level of cleaning / disinfection required. This computerised process prevents waste.
Fixed costs
Because the duration and level of every washing cycle is programmed in advance, you can precisely calculate the cost of cleaning each item.
Need for less stock
According to the type of item you can reduce your need for stock since you are no longer dependant on contractors to do the work, with the additional time this takes. Your products can be put back into operation more quickly!
